The 1400C automatic door industry furnace is used for heat treatment processes such as quenching, tempering, normalizing, and annealing of metal materials, and can also be used for sintering of non-metallic ceramic materials. Features

Furnace Shell

1. The shell is made of metal Q235 low-carbon steel, and the surface is electrostatically resistant and anti-corrosion.
2. Strong metal frame shell structure, low furnace surface temperature.
3. Electro-hydraulic lifting furnace door, with limit switch.
4. The automatic opening switch of the furnace door can be selected from button type and foot type.

Refractory

Multi-layer thermal insulation design, double-layer light refractory brick lining with strong structure, high-strength stacking and splicing, no asbestos, low heat loss and low energy consumption

Heating System

1. High-quality metal or ceramic heating element, free heat radiation heating in the furnace cavity, energy saving and high efficiency, long service life
2. Heating on three sides (left and right sides and furnace bottom), so as to achieve good uniformity in the furnace
3. The silicon carbide bottom plate covers and protects the bottom heating element, which has high mechanical strength, good thermal conductivity, and provides horizontal load bearing.

Temperature Control Panel

1. PID and SCR control mode, precise temperature control

3. The furnace door is equipped with a door-opening power-off safety protection switch
4. The temperature controller is on the right side of the furnace body, and an independent control cabinet can also be selected
